Providence online enrollment not available at this time) Download a PDF brochure of their plans Provider Directory. Caution! Select EPO directory for Balance plans, or Choice directory for Choice plans PDF download of formulary We really like the Balance and Choice plans for 2015. The $2000 deductible plans are less expensive than most Standard Silver plans. They waive your deductible for lab & x-ray services, accidents, and have copays for many other services. Balance and Choice are the same except Choice gives you access to a smaller provider network. Some plans include vision and alternative care.

PacificSource, however, has been a trusted name in Oregon over several generations. It’s the only company of which I’ve ever heard it said ‘I love them’.  Note that the ‘Smart Choice’ provider network is somewhat restricted compared to their great, traditional ‘PSN’ network.
